I am on the preferred provider lists of the majority of insurance companies.
Most fees can be billed to insurance companies who adjust them to a rate determined
by the preferred provider contracts. Call your insurance to determine what you will pay
on your plan. They can inform you if you would have a copay, a deductible, or whether
you have a company fund to pay some of your portion. If you have an Employee
Assistance Program benefit, your first sessions could be free! I am a contracted
provider on:
I am on additional plans that come up less frequently, so check with your company if it
is not listed. Check for: Shelley Haddow or Shelley Smith Haddow. It is important to check with the insurance about your plan even if it is
listed it, because some plans will choose a different company to handle mental health.
If I am not on your list ask about out-of-net benefits. In review, if you wish to use an insurance company, only a call to them will tell
you exactly what your portion will be.
If you are not using insurance and want to pay privately, the following fees apply:
I have adjusted fees for people who cannot afford the rates. Don’t let money stand in the way of getting help.
